Emil worked with an expert chef to open a new restaurant in Dolenska along the Kirka River. We enjoyed a wonderful Grand Opening reception and Dinner with Emil and his family at the Ostarija Gostilna on April 15, 2012. This is a beautiful wind producing region and health spa region of Slovenia.
